Consultancy

CodeNine may undertake new projects at the request of returning customers, subject to the terms outlined in this Consultancy Agreement. The scope of work for each project will be mutually agreed upon by both parties before initiation.

Professional fees will be charged based on hourly rates, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

In the event that a customer is dissatisfied with the value received from CodeNine upon receiving the final invoice, they may choose the amount to remunerate, if any, for the services provided. Prior to making a decision, customers must communicate their reasons to a designated representative of CodeNine.

Customers are responsible for reimbursing CodeNine for any out-of-pocket expenses incurred during the project, up to the agreed maximum amount.

Confidentiality Policy

CodeNine is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of any information provided by customers. Disclosure of confidential information may be made only if legally compelled, with prompt notice provided to the customer whenever possible.

Confidential information excludes data already in the public domain or in the possession of CodeNine prior to disclosure.

Invoice Policy

CodeNine will issue itemized invoices for each project, with upfront payment required for certain projects upon approval of the quote. Other projects will be invoiced upon completion or at specified milestones. Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt.

Privacy Policy

CodeNine adheres to all relevant privacy legislation when conducting projects. Further details can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Termination Policy

Customers may terminate this Consultancy Agreement at any time with immediate effect by providing written notice. Upon termination, customers may choose to invoke the Satisfaction Guarantee for ongoing projects or pay CodeNine pro rata for work completed up to the termination date.

Disclosure

Customers acknowledge and waive the requirement for CodeNine to re-disclose the terms of this agreement for each new project initiated.

Entering this Agreement

Submission of a project to CodeNine implies the customer's acceptance of the terms outlined herein.
